• Inclusive Enrollment: CTAP focuses on enrolling individuals who need it most, with at least half of our participants being those who are currently or formerly incarcerated. Our outreach extends to communities most in need, ensuring that everyone has access to this life-changing opportunity.

• Comprehensive Pre-Academy: Before starting their technical training, participants undergo a Pre-Academy program at CTAP. This phase includes essential life skills training, financial literacy, and academic support to ensure readiness for the rigorous training ahead.

• Credentialed Training Programs: CTAP offers training programs designed in collaboration with industry experts and aligned with current market demands. We provide courses in various fields, including healthcare, skilled trades, and IT, ensuring that our graduates are well-prepared for the workforce.

• Supportive Cohort Model: Participants at CTAP are grouped into cohorts, fostering a supportive learning environment that enhances motivation and success. Weekly student success funds and regular assessments ensure that students stay on track and meet their goals.​

• Job Placement and Retention: CTAP ensures our graduates are employed. Our network of engaged employers is committed to hiring our graduates, offering family-sustaining wages and career advancement opportunities. We also provide six months of post-placement support to both graduates and employers to ensure long-term success.
